The "Breakpoints" plugin allows interfacing Images and Breakpoints Drupal contributed modules with Uploadify module.
The "Uploadify" module allows you to create multiple versions of the same image, each version having different format and crop. The "Uploadify Breakpoints" plugin registry to the "Uploadify" module to allow you to select a particular version of picture (size and cutting) for each breakpoints defined in a responsive layout theme.
